Healthy Confident Committee
At Stacey Primary School we prioritise the health and wellbeing of all learners. We have established a Healthy Confident Committee pupil voice group, including children from Year 2 - Year 6.
The Healthy Confident Committee meet monthly to discuss actions to better improve the health and wellbeing of the children in our school. Some things we have established are:
Lunchbox Detectives: The members of the Healthy Confident Committee check lunchboxes daily to award dojos for evidence of healthy eating and sanctions for banned food items being brought into school.
Tenovus 56 Mile Challenge: We have challenged the school to participate in the 56 mile challenge to fundraise for Tenovus Cancer Care.
